Rene Lopez Relampagos has high hopes and aspirations for his beloved province of Bohol. During his dual-term as the Provincial Governor, he has already formulated and acted upon his plans to bring prosperity and development to his constituents, the Boholano people.

He has consistently strove towards this goal, that Bohol would become a prime eco-cultural tourism destination in the country, with a balanced level of agro-industrialization and a high regard for the care of the environment.

Rene is aware that he alone cannot accomplish such a lofty aim, this is why he continually calls upon the various sectors of the community to rally behind the cause and own up to the tasks and responsibilities of provincial development. All this should be done while preserving the environment, as well as the good values and morality that Boholanos hold dearly to.

A peaceful and prosperous province populated by a strong, well-educated and morally upright people; this is the Bohol that Rene envisions.
